All Elite Glow products are shipped from the Netherlands (European Union) using secure and trackable shipping methods, primarily via PostNL and trusted local carriers.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €60. This is automatically applied at checkout - no code needed.

Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Europe only.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium & Germany: 2–3 business days
  • Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days

Shipping costs for orders under €60 are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Important Information
  • Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Elite Glow is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes — please provide a valid residential address.
  • We are unable to offer rerouting or delivery changes once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Responsibility

Once your order has left our warehouse, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Elite Glow is not liable for:

  • lost or stolen packages
  • delays caused by the carrier

If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

Include:

  • photos of the shipping box
  • photos of the product(s)
  • photos of the packaging
