We hope you love your Elite Glow products as much as we do.If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted for hygiene and safety reasons

We recommend using a secure shipping box to ensure your return arrives safely.

Return Shipping

Returns should be sent using a reliable local shipping carrier.
You can drop off your return at a shipping point near you, depending on your location.

Return shipping costs may apply unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after receiving your return
  • Refund time: 3–5 business days to appear on your original payment method

Refunds will always be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging
